Where to store my REBLO?

Reblo Red PapayaReblo Red Flesh Papaya grows in Australia’s hot tropical climate so they need to be allowed to ripen out of the fridge. Around the kitchen will be a good temperature and will allow you to keep an eye on your Reblo as it ripen – only refrigerate once fully ripe for up to 4 days

Cut your ripe Reblo up and store excess chunks in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

As Reblo naturally gives off ethylene gas as it ripens, to aid its own ripening (the same as bananas, tomatoes, kiwifruit, apples and many other fruit) you may notice that it helps to ripen your other fruit around it. This is totally natural and can even help you ripe fruit that you want to eat sooner.
